Thank you for taking the time to visit Organic Harmony.

I am a fully qualified and insured Reflexologist, having undertaken an accredited course with the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), who are one of the largest and most recognised Reflexology professional bodies in the United Kingdom.

As we are all individual, treatments are tailor made to suit you, offering you a unique and attentive holistic treatment.

All products used during treatments are natural and organic and contain no parabens, sodium lauryl / laureth sulphate, lanolin, synthetic fragrances, colourants or any unnecessary synthetic additives common in many of today's health and beauty products. It is also my intention to offer organic products for sale at a later date.

I am currently undertaking training in Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling and Reiki, which will be available soon.

I am based in Colchester, Essex, but can also offer a mobile service so that you can have a treatment in the comfort of your own home. Treatments at Organic Harmony are carried out in a calm and relaxing atmosphere, to ensure you have the best possible treatment.
